More about us & our courses

What makes our courses unique?

  • Every course is broken down into digestible modules and lessons that present educational and informational content through a variety of short videos and readings to teach you the conceptual core of that module’s topic. Extra bonus content in the form of curated articles, podcasts, blogs and videos, gives you the opportunity to take a deeper dive into the technical aspects of each topic as your time and interest dictate. You’ll have unlimited access to all materials to return to as needed after the course.

  • Practical and experiential exercises will have you immediately putting the concepts to work for you in your own professional and personal practice. Whether on-demand or live, all our courses include the support of experts to answer your questions as you apply the course concepts to your practice.

  • Whether on-demand or live, every course is designed to create a community of practice, and to foster connections that spark new ideas and forge new relationships. Asynchronous, expert-facilitated discussions and activities bring participants together to share with, learn from, and be accountable to one another. In our live workshops, bi-weekly discussion or small group coaching meetings provide the opportunity for experiential work and additional support.

  • Every course also includes a free trial membership in our practitioner lab, where you can carry the momentum from the course forward. We created the Constellations Practitioner Lab to serve as a kind of virtual lab, a community of scientist-practitioners sharing ideas, learning from and with each other, and pushing our field forward through our applied work, applied research, coaching, and collaboration. In this space, we aim to bring together behavior analysts and other contextual behavior scientists committed to a rigorously systematic, functional contextualist, compassionate and values-driven approach to their practice and way of being in the world.

  • Our members are here in order to continually improve their practice; connect with each other; collaborate on research, writing, training and practice projects; hold each other accountable; give and get feedback; and lift each others’ lights high. Together, we aim to educate and influence the field and the next generation of behavior analysts to more deeply understand and apply the science to create more effective, nurturing, contextually sensitive environments and communities that reflect shared values of compassion, cultural humility, sustainability, and social justice.

  • All of the courses and coaching groups in Constellations have three price point  options, as well as pay-what-you-can scholarships, reflecting our commitment to making our work accessible to a diverse, global  membership. Paying at the top price point helps to support our lower price point options and fund our scholarships. Click here for our pricing guide.
