A primary emphasis of her work is developing collaborative, effective organizational practices for groups and individuals through a contextual behavior science approach. Our resident expert in behavioral systems analysis, Julia is a scientist-practitioner with 20 years experience in the field. A primary emphasis of her work is helping leaders and organizations cultivate values-informed, prosocial practices and sustainable systems. She is dedicated to work on issues of environmental justice and contributing to wider application and dissemination of a compassionate behavior science.

Julia Fiebig, PhD, BCBA-D

Our resident expert on applying Relational Frame Theory to EIBI programs, Siri is a scientist-practitioner with over 25 years of experience in the field and a dedication to teaching applications of contextual behavior science. A primary emphasis of her coaching practice is working with early- and mid-career behavior analysts, using ACT with a focus on values clarification and committed action. She additionally provides case consultation to behavior analysts, agencies and schools seeking to integrate RFT and VB in intervention programming. Her work is grounded in values of rigor, generosity, and kindness.
